Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Future Cure Nesha, we prioritize transparency, fairness, and patient trust. International medical travel requires significant planning, and this policy is designed to balance patient needs with our commitments to hospitals, hotels, and service providers.

Cancellation Before Arrival in India

  • 30 days or more before arrival
  • ✅ Full refund of facilitation/service fees
  • ❌ Excludes non-refundable costs (visa, flights, third-party expenses).
  • 15-29 days before arrival
  • ✅ 50% refund of facilitation fees
  • ❌ Deduction of non-refundable and already incurred expenses.
  • Less than 15 days before arrival
  • ❌ No refund (as hospital, hotel, and service bookings are already confirmed).

Cancellation After Arrival in India

  • If the patient or treating doctor decides not to proceed after consultation → procedure deposits are non-refundable.
  • Costs related to accommodation, local transport, and third-party bookings will be subject to their respective cancellation policies.

Tours & Return Travel After Surgery

  • Recovery timelines vary for each patient and may extend beyond initial estimates.
  • Any rescheduling of return flights or tours will be at the patient’s own expense.
  • We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected changes.
  • Future Cure Nesha is not liable for additional costs resulting from delayed recoveries or medical complications beyond our control.

Variation in Bookings

  • Any date changes after deposit may attract extra charges from providers.
  • Surgical procedure deposits may be held as credit for up to 6 months (non-interest bearing).
  • A fresh quotation will be issued at the time of rescheduling, overriding earlier estimates.

Exceptional Circumstances

  • In genuine cases (e.g., medical emergencies, travel restrictions, natural disasters, pandemics, or government advisories).
  • Future Cure Nesha will review cancellations on a case-by-case basis to ensure compassion and fairness.

Non- Refundable Costs

The following expenses are strictly non-refundable once incurred:

  • Visa application/processing fees
  • Airfare (as per airline rules)
  • Hotel or accommodation bookings (as per property policies)
  • Third-party services (documentation, translators, couriers, etc.)
  • Hospital consultations, diagnostic tests, or procedures already performed

Refund Process

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 21 working days of written cancellation confirmation.
  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Any bank or transfer charges will be borne by the recipient.

By engaging with Future Cure Nesha, patients acknowledge and agree that:

  • All medical decisions and treatment outcomes are the sole responsibility of the treating doctors and hospitals.
  • Future Cure Nesha acts Solely as a facilitator and is not responsible for clinical outcomes, procedural delays, or variations in recovery time.
