We only work with NABH (India) and JCI (international) accredited hospitals, and doctors who have proven expertise, years of experience, and high standards of patient care.

4. How do I Start the process with Future Cure Nesha?
Simply share your medical reports with us. Our team will coordinate with hospitals to prepare a treatment plan and cost estimate. Once you confirm, we assist with your travel and treatment arrangements.

No medical outcomes can be guaranteed. Success depends on your condition and the doctor’s expertise.

💰 Costs, Cancellation & Refunds

13. What if I cancel before traveling to India?
Our refund policy applies:
• 30+ days before → Full refund (minus non-refundable costs)
• 15–29 days before → 50% refund of facilitation fee
• Less than 15 days → No refund

14. What if I cancel after arriving in India?
Deposits paid to hospitals for scheduled procedures are non-refundable. Hotels, transport, and other bookings follow the provider’s cancellation policies.

15. Can I reschedule my treatment?
Yes, subject to availability. Deposits may be held as credit for up to 6 months.

16. What happens during emergencies like pandemics or travel bans?
We review such cases individually with fairness and compassion.

17. How soon will I get my refund (if applicable)?
Refunds are processed within 21 business days after written cancellation.

No. You only pay for hospital bills, agreed facilitation fees, and any extra services you choose. All charges are communicated transparently in advance.
